Whether you’re stepping into leadership for the first time or seeking to grow deeper in your faith, this course provides the foundation you need to lead with confidence and purpose.

Tier 1: Leadership Track

Who is this for?

Individuals seeking structured leadership training, deeper faith development, and practical ministry skills. This track is ideal for those who have completed Disciplemakers and are ready to take the next step.

What is included?

  • A one-year course (3 semesters)
  • Interactive coursework, including discussions, presentations, and practical exercises 
  • Mentorship from the church leader
  • Equipping for greater effective in life and ministry

Commitment Level

  • Completion of all coursework & assignments
  • Active participation in discussions & activities
